We are constantly checking and updating international shipping status' through our preferred service, USPS (United States Postal Service), and will update location availability when applicable. Thank you for your understanding.
International Customs and VAT Fees:
Please note that our store does not include any import taxes, duties, or fees on items or shipping costs. It is the customer's responsibility to pay and remit any necessary import taxes, duties, and additional fees to their country's customs office.
We advise all customers to familiarize themselves with their country's VAT and customs laws in order to have their packages processed and retrieved more easily.
Any unpaid taxes or customs fees on a package may cause delivery delays or the return of the package to the sender. We kindly ask our customers to promptly claim their packages from their customs office to avoid such scenarios.
We are not responsible for any undelivered/returned packages.
If the package has been returned to us, the customer will have to pay for a new shipping fee to have their package re-delivered.
