Shipping Info

Orders generally take us about 1 week to pack and fulfill. Extended fulfillment times may be needed around major holidays.

⟡ If an order has a PRE-ORDER item, it will not be shipped until all items are available at hand. Please see PRE-ORDER items for more information regarding this.

⟡ All orders will be shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service). All orders made through this store will include a tracking number. Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order has been packaged and prepared for shipment. You may check your shipment status' here. Please be aware that there may be delays on shipment updates from the carrier.

⟡ After shipment, Domestic packages within the United States usually take 4~10 business days to arrive.

⟡ After shipment, International packages may take anywhere from 10~30 business days (or longer, depending on country's location and customs processing) to arrive.

⟡ We are not responsible for any undelivered/returned packages. If the package has been returned to us, the customer must pay for shipping fee again to have their package re-delivered.

    ⟡ Once packages are out of our possession, we are not responsible for any lost packages. If your package says 'Delivered' or has yet to arrive in the estimated time frame, please contact your local postal office or customs office first. If the package is claimed to be lost, please file a lost package claim with your local carrier service.

    ⟡ Any address updates must be done before your order has been shipped out. Please contact us as soon as possible if you require an address change for your order!
