Will you restock ______?

Some items are limited in quantity and will be noted as such in their product listing. We try our best to reprint/remake items as often as possible. However, due to either manufacturing or time restraints, we cannot always do so. Thus, we strongly recommend our customers to place pre-orders on items they really want.

Why has my order not shipped yet?

If your order includes a PRE-ORDER item, then it cannot be shipped until all items are available at hand. Please check the PRE-ORDER Items page for further information and the PRE-ORDER Updates page for updates on any current PRE-ORDERs.

Generally it takes us about 1 week to fulfill orders. However, it may take longer around any major holidays.

This store is independently run by myself (SULKINGMOON) with some help from my brother when there are lots of orders. We do our best to fulfill everything in a timely manner while making sure that everything is packaged nicely and safely for you. We apologize for any inconveniences if your order has taken a long time to ship. As always, we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding!

Can I change my shipping address?

Where is my package?

You can check here for status updates with your tracking number. Sometimes there may be delays from the carrier's end, so please allow up to 24 hours for any delivery updates.

If your package shows as 'Delivered', please check with your local postal office first or allow up to 24 hours for the package to arrive as sometimes carriers are still en route.
