Return / Cancellation
All orders are final. No returns, cancellations or exchanges after payment.

 

Undelivered / Returned Packages
Once packages are shipped and out of our possession, we are not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages. 

If the package has been returned to us, the customer must pay for a new shipping fee to have their package re-delivered.

Product Damages and Issues
For any claims of product damages, a full unboxing video must be provided as evidence.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
