By ordering with this store, you are agreeing to the following:

 

International Customs and VAT Fees:
Please note that this store does not include any import taxes, duties, or fees on items or shipping costs.
 It is the customer's responsibility to pay and remit any necessary import taxes, duties, and additional fees to their country's customs office.

I advise all customers to familiarize themselves with their country's VAT and customs laws in order to have their packages processed and retrieved more easily.

Any unpaid taxes or customs fees on a package may cause delivery delays or the return of the package to the sender. I kindly ask all customers to promptly claim their packages from their customs office to avoid such scenarios.

 

Return / Cancellation
All orders are final. No returns, cancellations or exchanges after payment.

 

Undelivered / Returned Packages
Once packages are shipped and out of my possession, I am not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages. 

If the package has been returned to me, the customer must pay for a new shipping fee to have their package re-delivered.

Product Damages and Issues
For any claims of product damages, a full unboxing video must be provided as evidence.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
