Why has my order not shipped yet?

If your order includes a PRE-ORDER item, then it cannot be shipped until all items are available at hand.

Once all PRE-ORDER items arrive to me and have been quality checked, then orders will be packaged and fulfilled. As always, I greatly appreciate your patience and understanding!

Where is my package?

You can check here for status updates with your tracking number. Sometimes there may be delays from the carrier's end, so please allow up to 24 hours for any delivery updates.

If your package shows as 'Delivered', please check with your local postal office first or allow up to 24 hours for the package to arrive as sometimes carriers are still en route.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped yet. Please let me know as soon as possible at: sulkingmoon.shop@gmail.com

Will you restock ______?

Some items are limited in quantity and will be noted as such in their product listing. I try my best to reprint/remake items as often as possible. However, due to either manufacturing costs or time restraints, I cannot guarantee that all items will be restocked.

Thus, I strongly recommend customers to place pre-orders on items they really want if they are not in stock already.
